NE(X) Shipping Policy

We deliver NE(X) to your door as safely and quickly as possible. This page explains how we process orders, shipping timeframes, tracking, and what to do if a package is delayed.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, packaging, and preparing your shipment for carrier pickup.

  • Business days exclude weekends and major holidays.
  • During promotions or high volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Need to update your address? Email support as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, changes may not be possible.

2. Shipping Times (United States Only)

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. After processing, typical delivery timeframes are:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3 to 7 business days

Delivery windows are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

3. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after a label is created.

  • If you do not see the email, check spam or promotions folders.
  • If you still cannot find it, contact support with your order number.

4. Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, including apartment or unit numbers where applicable.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact support@nexmushrooms.com with your order number and we will assist you promptly.

  • If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, check with neighbors or your building office first.
  • If the package appears delayed in transit, we can help you review carrier updates and next steps.
