By accessing or using the services provided by Send It Academy ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.
All sales of our digital products are final, and we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
By using our services, you agree not to circumvent or compete with Send It Academy for a period of seven (7) years from the date of agreement acceptance.
It is strictly prohibited to share, distribute, or reproduce any course content provided by Send It Academy without explicit written permission.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you consent to receive emails, text messages, and phone calls from Send It Academy for the purpose of providing updates, offers, and other relevant communications. You can opt out of these communications at any time.
We offer a referral commission program as follows:
$100 One-Time Commission: You will receive a one-time commission of $100 for every direct referral who purchases our products or services.
$5 Monthly Referral: You will receive a monthly commission of $5 for every direct referral who remains an active member of Send It Academy.
Matrix Commission: You will receive $0.50 for every active person in your 3 x 10 Matrix, paid out monthly.
Commissions will be paid out on the 7th of every month for commissions earned in the previous month.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that any breach of these terms may result in legal action, including but not limited to damages and injunctive relief.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Clark County, Nevada and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Clark County, Nevada.
By using our services and accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by them.
